Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. The SKD has been implemented by the Directorate of Statistical Dissemination through the Sub-directorate of Statistical Reference since 2005. In 2023, BPS-Statistics Indonesia again organizes SKD. The results of the 2023 SKD are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, analysis of service unit performance, and analysis of anti-corruption perceptions (IPAK). This analysis is equipped with a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
